Barred Rock -- Preorder

This is a preorder for chickies.  They may or may not have hatched yet, and will be ready the amount of weeks you select after their hatch date.  

Barred Rocks or Barred Plymouth Rocks as they are also known, is a very popular chickie to have with most backyard flocks.  They are soft, friendly birds who have a calm manner and don't seem to pick on the other birds in the flock.  They go about their business, laying eggs, talking social gossip with the other hens and scratching for bugs without causing much of a fuss.  

This friendly chickie also lays a lot of eggs throughout the year, and is considered an excellent layer of large brown / tan eggs.
