Cancelled / Change Order Fee

Cancel Fee

There is a $15.00 or 5% cancelled order fee for orders that are cancelled, whichever is greater.  When you book an order, we reserve those birds for you and remove their availability from our website, so that no other customers can order them.  In addition, we are charged fees from your payment method that we cannot recover.  

No cancelling of orders is allowed 2 weeks prior to hatch / ship date.  If orders are cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to hatch / ship date, no reimbursement is provided.

Change Order Fee

You can modify an order to increase the quantity of birds / eggs or add new birds / eggs if they are available at no additional charge. 

Changing the breeds of the birds ordered, or decreasing the quantity of birds / eggs results in a $15 modify order charge per change.  We can do multiple changes at the same time for that fee.  Multiple change orders that decrease the quantities of birds / eggs or change the breeds will result in multiple change fees of $15 each if they are not done at the same time.
