Golden Comets (ISA Brown) -- Available Babies

Golden Comets are known by many other names, such as ISA Brown, Cinnamon Queen, Red Sex Link, and Red Star. This is our most prolific layer of brown eggs.  Our customers love this breed for its large eggs, calm demeaner and quiet temperament.   We started carrying this breed in 2024, and by the end of the year...everyone who had purchased one, came back and bought more!

Prolific layers of extra large brown eggs...this chickie starts laying early in life and lays more eggs, sometimes over 6 a week, than all other breeds.  It is a really wonderful bird.  Sweet, calm, quiet, hardy.  They mature early and are very easy birds to keep in multiple climates including heat and cold.  

We typically sell out of this bird early.
